Compassion for care, resilience and leadership.
This one day course is designed to revitalise your life and work using the evidence behind compassion and resilience
About
Previously arranged and funded by the deanery, this valuable training is now being continued by our team of experienced GP medical educators on a not-for-profit basis.
We will explore research on how working as a doctor affects our brains, both positively and negatively, and investigate practical, evidence-based approaches to enhance wellbeing.
You’ll have time to reflect on your current practice and consider strategies for positive change.
We encourage multiple GPs from the same region to attend, so they can share new insights with their colleagues locally.
This course is suitable for all GPs, including educational and clinical supervisors.
We suggest speaking to your training programme director, as they may be able to fund your place through GP training programme budgets.
